We just purchased a beautiful 2016 Lincoln MKX Black Label for our daughter. We drove to Florida to pick it up. We got home and I scheduled a service appointment with Scott at David McDavid Lincoln in Plano Texas for service and updates. Absolutely amazing customer service. They detailed her car why it was in for service. Talk about going above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and take your Lincoln to David McDavid for service. The crew here treated me like I just purchased a 100k Navigator. That is true customer service my friends.

This is my third lease of the Lincoln from David McDavid Plano and Wayne Osborn made it exceptionally easy and enjoyable. His customer service skills are outstanding. I'm not an easy customer and Wayne did the best job to answer all my questions. Wayne took an extra time, stayed late after working hours to make my experience as smooth a possible. Thank you Wayne!!
My husband and I were recently in to look at the Corsair and Nautilus and were we lucky enough to have Nick Jones as our sales rep. He knew everything about the cars, differences, positives and negatives, options and so many un-obvious details. He was easy going and no pressure to buy at all! I loved the Corsair. Even though we didn't purchase a car this visit, we will definitely look up Nick in the future to purchase a vehicle.
Every test drive I've ever had has had a pushy salesperson in the car with me...until now. Susan Najjar was so laid back and not pushy at all. That allowed me to feel more comfortable and not rushed in making such a big decision. Both me and my sister enjoyed our test drives with no pushy salesperson in our ears. Susan was amazing. She was able to work within my budget and down payment amount that both me and my sister bought our vehicles from her that same day. Tammy in finance was able to get me a great deal on warranty. The finance process was not painful at all. I will definitely be coming back to David McDavid and Susan. I think all car buying should be this easy and fun!
We had a great experience at the Lincoln store. Cole took care of easy, was probably the easiest and quickest purchase we've ever had. Typically going to a dealer to buy a car is an all day and night transaction. We were in and out, no hassle, just knew what we wanted and Cole was quick to get it us into a great deal and car.
