I love Pole Jam Factory! It is a fantastic workout that is so much fun you do not even realize you are working out! You build incredible strength and flexibility, neither of which I thought I would be capable of increasing any time soon. It is like gymnastics on a vertical pole instead of a horizontal pole. It is somewhat like yoga but more challenging (I am not a fan of yoga because it is so boring and easy, but I appreciate and miss the strength and flexibility aspects of it). Sure, you do not wear a lot of clothes, which - at first - seems silly and intimidating, but seriously no one cares what you are wearing or what your body looks like. Period. There is no doubt in my mind I am judging my appearance 1 million times harder than anyone there because, seriously, no one cares and we've all been there where we don't like the way we look - but doing things like Pole Jam helps you achieve the body, strength, and flexibility you (if you are like me) are looking for! I find it to be incredibly empowering and fun! Try it! :-D

I absolutely love the Pole Jam Factory Team. From the day I started in May to now I've never had a bad experience. Everyone has been so welcoming and it just keeps getting better. I'm so blessed to have such awesome women to pole with and now call family!!!
PJF was great fun. Even though my friend and I are not young they taught us to feel sexy. Gia was a great instructor - very kind and encouraging.
Great community of supportive women working together to gain strength, flexibility, and friendship! Extremely welcoming environment. Bring a friend or make some there!
This place has become a second home over the past couple of months. Gia and Christine are amazing as are all of the other instructors. I never feel judged or intimidated at the studio which can be hard to come by in a fitness environment.
Such a great workout in a supportive, welcoming environment! It took me months to get the nerve to actually take a class but once I did, I wondered why I had waited so long. Classes have women of all shapes and sizes and beginner classes are structured to give students the chance to learn at their own pace. It's a tough work out but instructors are patient and encouraging and I don't think I have encountered a gym/workout studio where fellow students root each other on more than at PJF. I also greatly appreciate the ease of paying and scheduling through the MindBody app, which is updated promptly if a class has to be rescheduled or changed. I really can't say enough positive things about my experience at PJF and I can't wait to try the belly dancing class they are adding this winter!
I think they should've welcomed paying customers with a warm reception instead of a hostile one, everything was fine in the emails until they saw a group of black people, we weren't a threat, we came to take a class after we already paid using groupon, made reservations weeks in advance, came early as instructed to sign waivers, we were deny entry with multiple excuses such as: we needed to make a reservation(did that), our class time was changed (no one told us) even though we still wanted to take any class she still told us no, we don't take groupon only living social (but the business is listed on groupon) told us we were bad for her business,told us to take it up with groupon to get our money back (did it today) called the cops (cops were cool wink emoticon and even began to get hostile because no one was feeding into the bait like she wanted. She needs to do better, cuz we bought you business and I can't believe the color of money couldn't change your mind, but because we are black you felt it was ok to treat us this way. This was discrimination at it's finest, racists today will never admit that they are racist but will do the things to fit the description.
PJF is like my second home. I have made amazing friends, gotten in incredible shape and made some amazing friends. Gia and Christine are amazing instructors. Every time I get a new move or make even a little progress they are right there helping me and cheering me on, even catching me (literally) when I fall. It doesn't matter your size, race, age whatever! PJF is a family and all are welcome. All you need is a good attitude and to be ready to break a sweat. Joining the PJF family is one of the best decisions I've ever made. PJF is a family, led by the best instructors I could ask for, Gia and Christine
