It’s June and my AC wasn’t cooling my house. It’s hot! I called Prather & Harlan. Jeremy and Austin came out, found and fixed the problem. My house was cool within an hour. Great service! I highly recommend this crew and this company! ️️️️️

The people at Prather and Harlan are very nice and seem at least moderately competent. They came out and diagnosed when our AC wasn't working. They also looked at the other AC unit free of charge. The reason why they get 2 star is because they didn't follow through with any of their work. After they diagnosed the problem, they were going to look up warranty claims. I called them 3 times to ask about the status and they kept telling me they were looking into it. They came back out to look at the other A/C unit and put dye in the line and said they would come back the next day and never did. They again said they would look into the warranty information and after multiple calls and emails, I eventually gave up and went with someone else. Ultimately, the experience was not bad as they were nice and accommodating, but without actually fixing the problem, I cannot recommend them.

I would definitely recommend using this company. The A/C tech ( Corey) was very informative & professional..he checked the entire A/C system and found issues that Davis Air conditioning & heating failed to find..price was very fair..overall very good experience.
