If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for the box and when my ex and I broke up I closed my box. He went in there and said he wanted it left open. I called her to cancel and she was so rude yelling at me on the phone saying I need to go to him for the refund. I told her I was going to the business I was dealing with and she told me pretty much to f*** off. I had the box for years and to be treated like that was a total surprise. Her attitude over the last few years has been awful. DO NOT use this place as she does not know how to be a professional. Or how to treat paying customers.
I've been mailing packages, etc. there for several years & the service is always professional/ personal & friendly. The owner knows most of her customers by name & always has a smile regardless of what kind of day she's having.
Doesn't take packages after 4:30 (who gets off work before then)? Was rudely informed of this as I stepped in the door with a box. No hello, no greeting, just an, " I can't take that." This address needs to be removed from UPS drop-off location list as I've read other reviews sharing they've had the same experience in not accepting Amazon returns. Strange policy in addition to poor customer service 1 star from me.
I live in the same area this store is in. I'd have to disagree with the below statement. The owner has always gone out of her way to be helpful. She has paid for postage when I didn't have the cash on me. Today she took a package that was prepaid even before she was open. These two examples of which are just two of many others rank her high on my list to give her my business. Thank you.
I have been using this location for years and the owner has been fun, helpful and she provides me with the red carpet treatment.
