Campus Crossings at Raleigh is a great apartment complex! Friendly staff, spacious apartments, beautiful pool area, clean and debris free and absolutely amazing maintenance team. Its not easy finding a place that's affordable, safe and still offers the comforts of luxury living. Definitely a place to call home.

We completed application and never heard back even after a email and phone call. To me, this indicates poor customer service.
I loved the staff and the customer service was great! Quick responses and I felt like I was home. Didn’t mind answering any question I had and they’re very friendly.
I understand everyone has a different experience regardless of where they live, but after living here for 2 years, I have had nothing but positive experiences. My apartment appeared to be well-kept upon move-in, maintenance has been quick to respond to work orders, and rent is affordable. The office employees are always kind and helpful whether I just have a question, need to pick up a package, etc. I have had particularly positive interactions with an employee named Mark Anthony (I think that's his name?). Overall, I have no negative comments, and I would highly recommend living here.
I had a great experience with Campus Crossing, Raleigh. Chy-Lea was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns regarding moving into this community. I would recommend Campus Crossing Raleigh to friends and family.
