I’m a regular shopper at Williams Sonoma. I encountered the rudest clerk, who yelled at my younger daughter for wearing a shield that she was required to wear vs a regular mask due to her recent nose surgery and refused to let her to enter the store. My oldest daughter tried to explain that she had to wear this type of mask due to her surgery and the clerk continued to yell so we left. Where has the HUMANITY in people gone!!

I love this store and the employees that work there. I wish I could afford one of EVERYTHING! Quality, somewhat expensive, goods are here.
Bring back Winter Forest! One star for selling me 4 online after they were out of stock and discontinued, but letting me wait a month to figure it out and refund.
Excellent service! So knowledgeable and even during crazy holiday shopping times they make you feel like you are the only one in the store.
Good selection of kitchen ware, one of rare places to find good quality items these days (for a bit higher price). You can also find some les expensive items
I really love this store. They're a little bit on the high end though but everything they have there is of very high quality. They typically have good sales on things too.
So their prices are too high. But if you need a specific tool for a special meal you are preparing, I know no other place in Hampton Roads where you can be confident that you'll find what you need. They also have some sales that are worth checking out.
