6 weeks to get an appointment. Once I finally bring it in for a check engine, nobody contacts me in 2 days. I left 3 messages and still nothing. I had to come in personally (as if I don't have anything better to do) just to check what is happening with the car, and they tell me they haven' t even started working on it. Not even a diagnosis. Meanwhile I have no car Terrible service

Communication was solid. But shady dealership practices and add on fees that were originally “voluntary” but then became “mandatory”. Same old lies and shady practices that have consumers hating the car buying process. Avoid if you can. There’s better Ford dealers out there for sure.
If I could give a negative score I would. My mother who is 73 years old leased a Lincoln MKZ black label in Ft Myers, Florida. She and my dad moved back to The Woodlands about 10 months ago. Her lease was coming due so she visited the dealership about either buying her lease out or leasing a new one. The sales rep asked if it would be another MKZ and she asked if there was anything new, he said no and and asked about her credit, (835 by the way). He then said he would be right back and went to his finance manager and came back with an offer of 5000 down and 500 per month. My mom said that was more than she paid before, but could she see a new black label MKZ, he said yes if she was serious about purchasing it today. She decided they were absolutely rude and went right down the road and had a wonderful experience at Toyota and purchased a beautiful Camry fully loaded for 365 per month AND they paid her last 2 lease payments. The Planet Lincoln rep informed her that if she did buy somewhere else to let them know so they could come pick the car up at that dealership as the appraisal came back with an awesome appraisal. When she notified them she purchased a Camry the situation worsened. The GM called my mother and told her she would have to bring the MKz back and they at this point wouldn't even have to accept it as she purchased it in Florida and was yelling so loud my father heard him and told her to end the call. My mom called Lincoln Financial and they apologized and said that is not true. She returned the vehicle and took over 100 pictures inside and out so this dealership doesn't try and charge her for false damages. She does not know how to leave a review which is why I am providing this review for her. Shame on Planet Lincoln for losing customers for life, not only my parents but my entire family at this point.
