Perfect gym imho. Workouts are great and can be tailored to your skill/fitness level from super beginner to ultra expert. You never feel intimidated or left out. The trainers are awesome and always checking on you to make sure you are doing things properly but also if you need a little push. I'm 47 and went from 227lbs to 202lbs and 21% to 14% body fat in 3 months. I worked out 3-4 days per week (sometimes 5, cause they are enjoyable) and just changed my diet slightly based on their recommendations. I would probably have lost more but I like my cookies and beer (not together, cause that's gross) . I still eat like a king and have never felt like i was starving myself. Trainers and owners are always available to answer any questions you have. Best decision I made.

Next Gen is by far, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST GYM EVER!!!!!! I’ve gone to other gyms, but NGTC, is the best and not your typical gym. First of all, it’s a family there. We all know each other and have so much fun during our workouts. It’s personal training in small groups or one on one. One of the things I am most proud of, is how CLEAN it is. We all take pride in our gym! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and will take any extra time for you. They really know what their doing there. All ages go there, all skill levels, whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, they got you!!! You won’t regret! I’m so happy I found Next Gen!!!!!

Next Gen is THE BEST gym I have ever been at! Since I started my membership, I have gone at least 3 days a week which I normally would loose interest in the gym after about 2 months. It has been 10 months now!! The coaches are absolutely amazing and do such a great job at working with each persons physical and mental needs. I don’t know where I’d be right now if I didn’t have such an amazing gym family like Next Gen!

Next Generation Training Center has changed my life! The atmosphere is amazing! Very welcoming, supportive, clean. Best decision I have ever made. Today I am 300 days smoke free.
