I work in an medical office and this company transported a patient who was confined to a stretcher and was non responsive. The men who brought her left the building as soon as they dropped her off. They were not around to help move assist staff in moving the stretcher up and down. Not everyone knows how to operate a medical stretcher such as the one this patient arrived it. I had to call the company and have them return to the building to assist staff. They were sitting in their truck in the parking lot instead of being helpful inside. When I called to main office to report this, I was told they were not required to stay with the patients. This is a safety hazard to both the patient and the staff. I can understand why the company has such poor reviews. I feel sorry for any patient who has this company transport them to appointments.

I was in an eye doctors office and noticed that another patient was sitting in the office for 2 1/2 hours waiting for this transportation company to pick her up....The staff made MULTIPLE attempts on calling the transportation company... The first call the receptionist said it would be a 25-30 minute wait before the driver could get the patient... Each call after the first the receptionist at Ali Medical transport said it would be 10 minutes before the driver could get there..... 2 1/2 hours later the driver finally shows up .. Extremely Inconsiderate... DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

My client had an appt. The first driver could not assist she need help herself the van was smelly The second van for return visit was dirty and smelly.
