I was on time for my appointment but because I didn't arrive 15 minutes prior they said I was late and needed to reschedule. At the time when you make an appointment they need to stress that not arriving prior is considered late and you will not be seen. If there is absolutely no wiggle room for traffic or whatever then the 15 minutes prior needs to be the REAL appointment time!!

Worst facility. Didn't let me know I needed my previous records. Told me after waiting 35 minutes for my appointment. The lead technician showed no empathy what so ever. Not coming back to this place again.

The team clinical team are always courteous, helpful and educate you on fact Vs. Fiction. Would recommend going here for imaging. Able to accommodate weekend appointments for those that can’t get away from work during the week!
