Tony clearly explained the 2 generator options available for my small ranch house and what the price differences would be. Although he told me Generac and Kohler generators were in demand and back ordered, he installed it at least a month before I expected. He arrived timely at my home both days and he and his assistant completed the job in 2 days. He assisted me in selecting the appropriate circuits to be routed through the generator transfer switch. He even installed and tested the natural gas line to the outdoor generator without requiring me to hire an additional plumber ( he supplied the pad, too). He created a simulated \power failure\ to be sure that the generator properly started on its own and all the required circuits were working throughout the house. He's thorough and detailed. They cleaned up everything after completing the job and gave me status updates on the installation throughout the 2 days process. This is all that Tony does and he does it well. I strongly recommend Northshore Power Electric, if you want a home standby generator.
