I forgot to add details in my post. TAYLOR helped me with a post office situation that was frustrating. HE as well as the owner I've met on several occasions are so friendly and helpful. I ship here because I know my packages for my clients will be safe and even though it's a 20min drive I take comfort in knowing you guys take care of people like myself who is disabled and I leave with a sense of being in the midst of friends. THANK YOU. AND parking is right in front. You both make my ruff days brighter. Steven Vaughn

DO NOT ship from this place if you have to send something USPS. I stopped by because I had 2 different packages going by 2 different carriers. I thought it would be great since I could send USPS and FedEx in one stop. The guy working handed me back the USPS one and had me place it in the bin by the door. Here it is a week and a half after I went in, and the package is missing and says the label was never scanned. I knew I should have taken it with me when I asked for a shipping receipt and was told, "We don't do that here". I figured since the packages were scanned the tracking would be in the system, so no big deal. Lesson learned now that the company I was shipping to is trying to charge me for the missing package. NEVER AGAIN. Edit: Thank you to the owner for responding. The package was sent around 1:30 pm on Tuesday 2/9. It is a soft, medium sized hot pink package. I was told to place it in the large bin to the right of the door.

Used to be a great service when the owner was at the counter. Now the current sullen staffer appears to be more interested in upselling me necessary boxes for my package than providing helpful and courteous service.

Super disappointing. Place was great before. Since the pandemic, they have some staffer there all day who doesnt wear a mask, doesn't enforce any social distancing and isn't friendly. It sucks that I will have to start going to the post office instead. How dumb do you have to be to not wear a mask almost a year into a pandemic?

I have never paid in my LIFE for copy as high as this place..for 20 copies he demanded 17.00..when I objected he said then give me 10.00..finally he said 7.00 for 20 photo copies.This place is a total rip off. I am going to report this place to BBB In believable

Where is the owner or whoever used to work here? This was my go to place. Went there on Monday and the guy was not wearing a mask and no hand sanitizer available for customers without askng for his. Very disappointed.
