Would leave zero star if I could. Have been living here three years. Had never had issues with plumbing and a/c until recently. I had to email, call, send a request, and email a Michelle to get things done. Not only is it hard to have things fixed in a timely manner, but their lack of empathy towards us during these difficult times has fallen short. The leak in the shower finally repaired, left mess of mud in tub, never painted patch nor updates given. Maintenance man is the least helpful. When brought up issue of Possible mold, there was no urgency to have corrected. I have asthma so is affecting my health. Now as pipes have busted in one of the rooms, all carpets are flooding, no answer on the office phone nor Michelle will return response. We left voicemails there was a leak 02/14 and 02/15 and no call back! Then to be told all they can do is fix carpet but we live in dangerous conditions while we work from home, we have to have people go in and out. Walls are soaked, mold will spread! We are not offered a new room for the inconvenience since it is ot their fault?! \ pathetic, don't recommend to stay here, not reliable and we paid on time. We did our part having water running to prevent freezing. Not sure about upstairs. Ceiling fan is wet too. Good thing power was out. Having to unplug electronics was scary.

The complex CAN be nice, but is deteriorating extremely fast!! Elevators not cleaned regularly, patches that need painting since I moved in 1 year ago have not been touched. Hallways are carpeted but never cleaned and smells filthy. Essentially the building are not well kept. Staff is nonchalant about everything and do nothing more than the basic required if that. All complexes possiblly had trash not picked up by vendors due to storm this week but Today is Saturday 2/20. Trash has not been picked up since last Thursday... hallways are like garbage dumps..... unsanitary Apartments are nice but they cannot get proper management. No sense of urgency. 3 stars is for the building only as in the actual structure without whoever owns and runs overlook exchange. They get a 0

This complex is going downhill fast. We have been here for 3 years and the new management company could not be any worse. They do not do their job and the property is really starting to show it. We cannot wait to leave but our lease still has 6 months.

Absolutely love living here at Overlook! I just renewed for another 12 months and I couldn't be happier. The property manager Myranda is super helpful, she has made my stay here at Over look a great one. I don't plan on moving until i'm ready to buy a house. I love her energy and the vibe she gives off. shes super friendly, outgoing, and always has a smile on her face. This is the type of energy every business should have. Seeing a smile on the staffs face makes me feel more comfortable about calling this place my home!

Me and my girlfriend recently moved in to these apartments, everything about them is great. We live in building 2, no one bothers us, its quiet, and everyone sticks to themselves. The staff is great, Myranda went out of her way to show us 3 different floor plans, Martha sat down and reviewed our lease with us and Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure we're always happy. I plan to live here until were ready to buy a house. Thank you Overlook staff for all that you've done for us!
