This is my first time writing a review on an apartment complex. This is the first time I felt I needed to. Please heed this and save yourself the time and hassle of moving here. Management and mangers here are inconsiderate. They do not care about your circumstances. Since Monday we have been without water and they have no idea when it will be back on. They have asked us to use the pool water to flush our toilets. During times of need, having better systems or structures in place would be ideal so every resident gets their basic needs met...but not here! Please do me and you a favor and look somewhere else. Your money deserves better than this.

First day Roaches all over the place, laundromat nasty and washers not working(leaking water all over the place) , apt vinyl floor peeling off, light bulbs going out, and more... I had tried moving out, they are charging extra when there were no damages. As well reasoning for moved out was documented incorrectly. Instead of infestation of Roaches was changed to \skipped out\. And management won't even talk to me about the bill and all the extra charges.

Do not live here. I cannot wait to move out. There is always an issue and management will never have an answer for you. They will add bills to your rent and not give you an answer why, your are better off anywhere but here. No one knows what they are doing. They lie to get you in and then screw you over after. I have no good experiences with any of the agents which should tell you something right there. I have so many complaints and not enough space to write. Just beware. People only leave reviews when they had a bad experience so keep that in mind. All of these reviews are true in some form.

I have loved my time here. I know people have complained about all the cats everywhere but I’ll tell you that I don’t have a problem with mice or rats. My neighbors are all awesome. My ac works well and management has been great. Maintenance wi fair but some of my work orders that have been marked as complete we’re kind of complete. My master shower had some problems and the stem was replaced fixing the issue but the assembly wasn’t put back together completely. I was told they would be back because the sleeve had to be special ordered but no revisit. I love this complex and will be here at least for another year maybe longer. Building 31 by the way.

Hector did a wonderful job in my bathroom. I truly appreciate his prompt work. Trevor sent him to take care of my problem. Very satisfied!!
