I had my front driver side spring break on the bottom, about 1/2 a coil length. I called for a warranty replacement and was told the shop had been bought by a new owner. 4-5 calls later, I was told to to email the photos and invoice to them, which I did. I followed up with 2 emails and a few phone calls, and never heard back. At the same time, I order a set of 4 springs to replace the broken one. Looking back, I should have just gone with a more reputable brand. 2007 Volvo S80 V8. Their website redirects you to some unrelated site now.

Great product until you need warranty service. When buying anythining in life, consider this customer service, and how warranty is handled. B&G fails in both these areas. Had one of the springs fail after 4 years of use(actually broke 2” in from the perch stop) these springs came with a lifetime warranty. Called in my claim, and they asked if I was the original purchaser. I said yes. Asked if I still had my receipt ( bet they thought I lost it) Yep, I still have my receipt. Then they wanted me to send the broken string in. This to me was unreasonable as the car was in the shop, and would be sitting on there lift till they received the spring and decide to send one back. I asked if I could send photos of the damaged spring. Nope, we want the broken spring back first. After going back and forth with the owner for three days, they agreeed to send me one replacement spring. I would have to pay for shipping from CA to CT. Fine, can you please ship it next day I asked? Sure the owner says. That will be 60 please. 6 days later I received my replacement spring. I encourage anyone else reading this to consider more reputable spring company out there when considering a lowering suspension for there vehicles. And if their the only manufacture available for your car, consider making your own using off the shelf coil over springs from companies like ground controls, eighbach, H&R and so on.
Great company with solid products (none of which I have ever had a problem with).
Had one of their struts break on my car cause my sway bar link to get damaged. The suspension system was on the car when I bought it so I wasn't sure what strut to get so I can replace the part. I called b & g they were very quite to get off the line and did not answer any of my questions. Then gave me someone's number and told me to call him and ask him about the part. I called the number left a voicemail assuming he would call back after a day no calls. Then calling both the company and the person who's number they gave me numerous times still no answer. Therefore my car is still stuck in my garage. I don't suggest buying a part from them. I'm only doing it because only one strut broke and I don't want to buy 4 struts from a different brand.
