Customer service is atrocious. There's a concerted effort to lower the bar of professionalism and if they weren't the only supplier of certain things, they would have no customers at all, or they'd be limited to only having customers that put up with abuse.

Ask lots of questions and make sure they have your order in stock and will ship when they say they will.... They got my first order right, but they shipped it directly to me without any notice, meaning i paid an extra 40 shipping i was unaware i would be charged. Not a problem had i been told i would be paying for the shipping to me instead of picking it up at the warehouse. The next order was placed Wednesday Dec 21st and i was told i would receive an email invoice for my order, when i called today Dec 27th to ask about the status of my order, I was told the Miami facilities had just got my order in stock and i would be receiving it in 7 business days. The breakdown in communication is what upsets me most about the quality of service here. I have customers and businesses waiting on me now because i was misinformed by Rodney about the status and stock of my order, and this is the 2nd time a miscommunication has occurred in 2 orders with Rodney. My recommendation to anyone is to clearly and decisively ask your questions about shipping time and cost and current stock availability. Otherwise you may end up thinking your order has been processed and shipped and really it just got to a facility 3000miles away and will go out today..... Communication is key in facilitating efficient and return business.

This is another situation where another company needs to come along that offers the same products, and they'd (AAC) would be out of business in a week. Poor customer service. Poor attitudes. Terrible attention to detail.
