I only had a short 3 month stay with Vie but it was comfortable and convenient. They allowed me to stay there temporarily while I waited for the apartment complex I originally signed with to finish construction. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve signed with Vie from the beginning. It’s in a great location and has a very hospitable staff. Overall, a very recommendable apartment complex

Great location, as a student without a car, it is very helpful to be a walking minute away from campus. There are also many good restaurants within walking distance. The office staff is great and have always been very kind and helpful. I recommend Vie to any student looking for a good place close to campus.

Pros: friendly staff, good location, nice interior, nice amenities cons: always broken or very slow and unresponsive elevator, (expect to climb a lot of stairs daily), bad parking situation not suitable for guests. The elevator situation here really is a nightmare. I am not that strong, I don't see how I am suppose to carry my heavy groceries up 4 flights of stairs on a weekly basis.

Dont buy a parking pass if you live here, they don't tow any cars from the parking garage and as a result all the spots are constantly taken by random visitors, even the VIP spots. They have also closed or restricted all the amenities you pay rent for, but then still raise the rent instead of lower it. Additionally they only have 1 elevator, and it is extremely slow. I suggest you go live anywhere else, like The Local, because all other places have 2 elevators.

I took a tour today and the Leasing Consultant, Brooke, that gave the tour was rude and impatient. The apartments are very nice looking but the LC took away from the appeal.
