I love it here. Everyone is so nice. Also, you feel super safe with the gates community. You get a lot of things worth your money. It’s amazing living here

I am currently in a three bedroom apartment. The location is very accessible. Target, Publix, and Walmart are all within a 5 minute walk. Free resident and guest WiFi is SUPER FAST. Gated parking lots with lots of lights for safety. Tanning bed, gym, community center and multiple pools. Newer buildings, and maintenance is very timely (responds within 2 days max). Free shuttle to downtown Athens

The pandemic is not taken seriously at all at this apartment complex. I have had maintenance men come into my apartment with no mask. There is no barrier between passengers and the driver on the bus. The shuttle drivers never wear a mask. The shuttle driver allowed a mask less passenger on. This same shuttle driver has had super inappropriate conversations with me. Other than the pandemic, the gates were left open for months.

Awful management. Incredibly inconsiderate and absurdly heartless, especially during a pandemic. 10/10 do not recommend. Put your money elsewhere - they simply do not care about anything except taking every penny in your pocket. Plus, place was gross when we moved in. We to this day have mold in our toilets and sinks. Cockroaches outside everywhere --- save yourself the hassle. Side note - the buses are never reliable.

This place is in a great location but it is not worth the money. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and when I moved in it was disgusting. The gates are always open and we can not use most of the amenities. We still pay for them but can not use them.The basketball courts and other amenities (that are outside) are only open when the office is open. This means I can not use them because I work durning their hours. So then again I’m paying for something I can’t use. Also their fines are outrageous. I promise there are other places nicer and less expensive with a great location. Please research before you move into an apartment.
