I am going into my 4th year living here and it has been fantastic! Especially this round of renewing my contract! The RA's, Maya and Lara have been extremely helpful in getting everything set up for next year! They have helped me get the apartment I want with the people I want to live with! Could not ask for better staff here at Raintree!! Livin' here and Lovin' it for real!

Living here was great up until you have any kind of problem. it takes days to have someone come look at broken things in the apartment, and when they finally do come they fix it for a few days then it breaks again. When I tried to end my contract because I was getting married, I did everything I was supposed to, I gave them 120 notice like they asked then when it came time for my contract to end they told me they wouldn't let me out of it for another 6 weeks. At first they gave me the wrong form to sign, then they neglected to tell me that the 120 days starts ONLY AFTER you sign the paper in the office. But they never told me that, so I had to pay and extra 2 months of rent EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALL THEIR FAULT. I did everything I was told I needed to do and even read over my contract to make sure it was all correct on my part, and it was. So I do not recommend Raintree. They just take advantage of you!!

I've made a lot of friends with my neighbors and people are always willing to party. I'm in the most upgraded apartment and it's actually really nice. Maintenance takes a while though. We've had to send them several emails to remind them that we are in need of help with things. Sometimes they reply saying that they will get right to it, but they don't, and then we have to send another email. The maintenance staff itself is super friendly and helpful when they arrive. There are a few downfalls with raintree, but sometimes it's just human error. My roommate left her car in the parking lot because it had exploded and then she went to arizona for a few weeks. Raintree had her car towed because it was "abandoned." There was literally a car next to me that had spiderwebs all over it and it had been there for 3 months. AND she was paying for the parking pass. They were suppose to send her a notice that the car was going to be towed, but Raintree didn't follow protocol. So instead of apologizing and getting the car out of the impound, my roommate still had to pay the 500 fee for the mistake that Raintree made.

I loved living here! Whenever me and my roomates needed help with our apartment raintree was quick to respond. I met a lot of friends and had a lot of fun:)

Haven’t quite moved in yet but already impressed with this place. Every time I’ve called them with a question or request (which has been a lot) it was handled with professionalism. Lia, Brennan, Chantel and Izzy are all very friendly and easy to work with. Some places try to rush you off the phone, but here the staff always show respect and take the time to answer questions. Can’t wait to live here.

Very "meh" experience, definitely overpriced. The apartments are small and cramped for how much you're paying and are obviously low quality in some areas--the shower heads are extremely low, about level with my chest. The water pressure is low and the temperature fluctuates wildly so it'll be too cold and then scalding hot without warning. The drains on the bathtubs don't always close properly. There is only one small desk per room and the only other furniture is two two-drawer dressers. The windows are in poor condition and the stove and microwave are old and not always functional. In some apartments, the counter is only about two and a half feet tall. The walls and floor are thin so if you're a light sleeper, prepare to be woken up. They don't have enough parking spots for everyone and there is a wait list for parking passes, even though the parking lot is literally never full. There are always dozens of spots open but they still expect you to park far away and walk. They closed the clubhouse and the pool/hot tub due to covid which was a real let down, especially because they didn't do anything to make up for it. There are some good parts about the apartment like the counters and the floors and management has always been nice enough. I also know Provo housing is something of a racket so other places are going to be a similar price for similar quality. The only reason I would consider living here next year is if I can't find anywhere else or my roommates still want to live here.

I just finished up living at Raintree for my first year in Provo! It was such a wonderful place to live! Management is so responsive and helpful and I am so grateful for everything they did throughout my year there, especially during the period where everyone was out of work. They lowered rent for us, which is unheard of! They communicated thoroughly and made sure we were always aware and involved. The events were always so fun and the grounds are beautiful! The maintenance staff are my favorite people on this planet and the RA's are some of the best RA's you will come across. 10/10 would recommend living here, you will have a wonderful experience.
