Overall I really like living here, the apartment is nice (aside from the cramped layout of the kitchen) and the private bedroom feels luxurious. The staff and RAs are truly amazing and whenever there has been a misunderstanding or an issue it has been resolved in a professional manner. And the maintenance! My goodness....SO prompt, it’s great. However, I was very disappointed to learn that cleaning checks are monthly. Cleaning checks while important are an invasion of privacy, and monthly feels excessive and unnecessary. Other student housing places only do once or twice a semester, and I wish Branbury would follow suite. Every month is just over the top. Still, it’s a nice place to live with beautiful grounds.

Avoid! Its way over priced for what they offer and they charge you for every little thing. This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Had a water leak in the kitchen/dinning room after they changed our flooring and baseboards, they did nothing about it for weeks. Then mushrooms started to grow (gross, I know), finally they did something about it. The office promised us that they were going to relocate us while they fixed our kitchen. Well they lied, they didn't. We didn't have a kitchen for a while.

A terrible place to live, don't move here only if you are ready to share your space with bugs day and night(see picture), also be ready to pay through your nose because they will charge you for anything, some of the staff are not helpful,I got a charge on my deposit and called them different times in 3 days no one picked the phone, I went in to the leasing office to lay my complaint only for the staff to tell me she can't really help me but i should send them an email. Although, this might not be the fault of the staffs but I feel the place is not safe because my car was burgled so good luck sleeping with one eye open.

Super friendly staff and nice amenities. Their leasing agent Jen helped me with all the questions that I had and she was always ready with an answer to anything I wanted to know. The events that were held pre-Covid were fun and very social. I enjoyed the movie they showed at the pool. The office staff is very willing to help resolve issues when you’re kind to them. I would recommend to anyone!

The Branbury is such a fun place to live! I lived here over the past year and had such fun roommates! The amenities are so nice and the apartments are too! We all loved living here and were sad to leave! I will always recommend The Branbury to anyone looking for a place to live here in Provo! (:

It was fine overall, but every interaction I had with office staff I left more confused. They also charge you more than your deposit to move out, so you get nothing back for selling your contract. It was a pain to sell.

After sending my daughter to school and having a bad experience with her first apartment complex, we moved her up to the Branbury in hopes to have a better environment. She lived there two years and absolutely loved it. She made great friends and loved the environment and location of the community. If we had to do it all again we would’ve sent her to the Branbury in the first place. Would recommend it!
