The single star is to bring attention to the absolutely awful parking lot design and allert anyone reading this to allow an extra 10-20 minutes to find parking - if you do not have a driver able to let you off at the entrance. My only real complaint is that the parking lot is unrealistic and unintenigently designed. 90% of the parking spots are designed for compact vehicles - not marked compact but barely 7.5ft wide, including the line. Many people have no choice but to park their vehicle so it is on the line, or occupies two spots, just to allow room to open their driver side door (not both drivers and passengers doors, just 1 side) wide enough for a disabled person to get out of their own vehicle This effective creats less parking then if the parking lot had been designed with the standard 9ft, or better yet 10ft parking spots. Considering the majority of their patients/customers need orthopedic care, it should be assumed that a person using the parking lot is probably temporarily handicapped (without a permit) in some way and needs the room of a handicap space, yet does not have the option. The parking lot is an embarrassment to an otherwise very patient oriented and well designed facility as it adds unnecessary difficulties to their patients/customers while they are already experiencing very different life adjustments. I'm not angry at the person parked so close to me that I had to climb in my passenger door, I'm angry at the people who designed the parking lot such that this type of issue was inevitable.

The best outpatient surgery center I have personally ever been to. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the waiting area is cozy for families, and the center is very clean/sterile. 5 stars for sure!!
