Really enjoying this beautiful fire insert by FireElement! Their customer service is amazing! They take the time to make sure everything is setup correctly, and the end result is very clean! I wouldn’t think putting a gas insert could be this easy. They didn’t only install the gas insert but also cleaned the chimney before installation. Full service! I only need to flip the switch to have a cozy warm atmosphere Thank you so much for everything FireElement! You guys rock

Stopped by FireElement to check out the gas fireplaces. I am thinking of converting my wood-burning fireplace to gas. At FireElement, they were very helpful in explaining all the parts necessary and how everything works. Now I'm excited to get started. They were able to quote me a price that includes everything, even the tax, so I know exactly what the project should cost. The cost is actually quite reasonable considering what you get. I haven't bought yet, so I can't say anything about their installation, but the sales rep was great.
