We enjoyed a fabulous anniversary weekend in this luxury condo. Located on the 13th floor, it offers breathtaking views of the ocean, the beach, sun rise and sun sets from inside or from the spacious balcony right outside the sliding glass doors. The unit was immaculate and welcoming! The sun-filled living room provides plenty of room for dining under the sun and a breakfast area adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and tastefully remodeled. The location is excellent, we could walk to shops and restaurants, which was ideal for us during this snowy weekend. We loved every minute of our stay! Can't wait to go back.

Disappointed with the customer service for a month-long home rental where the home was not as described (pictured gas grill was missing and replaced with a small, basic charcoal platform) and there were intense mold issues with the air conditioning units. Elaine was extremely unprofessional and short via text and made us feel unwelcome and unable to raise other issues such as the black mold. There are plenty of housing options on the island, and I would not choose this one again. NOTE: Elaine very slyly suggests in her reply that I’ve mixed her up with someone else. A quick google of the phone number used in the exchange below (see photos) shows this is indeed not a mixup.

Information we we're not told. 1. Indoor pool closed. 2. Hidden room with washers ,dryer and beach toys. 3. Heating & cooling unit runs all the time and is very loud at night. 4. Tennis courts, unusable. 5. Hot water only good for one shower, you have to wait 45 min. 6. This unit is all Concrete, walls ,floor ,ceiling and very cold. 7. Third bedroom very small, ok for small children. 8. No curtains in living room, NO PRIVACY AT NIGHT FOR FIVE NIGHT. 9.Master Bathroom floor very slippery, do to shower door leaks water onto the floor. The bathroom floor is the wrong-type of flooring for a bathroom. I my wife Christine checked in and I found condo add on trip.. Seaside Vacations LLC, contacted my WIFE and ask her to remove my review. I am an EX realtor and contractor. You pay before you rent, then your suck with ........ Sorry, but we did stay at Sea Watch #1314 In OC,Md 02/25-03/02/2021

We ran into an issue during our stay. Elaine went above and beyond to correct the issue. Because of Elaine’s efforts, our trip was incredibly comfortable and more enjoyable than we expected. Will definitely rent from only Seaside in the future. I highly recommend Elaine and her team. They are top notch!
