I found myself in need of a hard to come by part for my camper and couldn’t find one anywhere. Steve at Crestview was nice enough to loan me the part I needed to get me out of the jam. It was going to benefit them in no way and they still helped me. That’s integrity and I considered it a Godsend.

Tony G was super helpful very knowledgeable and patient. He wasn’t pushy he was happy to help sort details of my wants, needs, likes of each trailer to make sure “I” bought the one “I” wanted. His knowledge of warranty, builders and extra parts was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. The walk through team once you purchase was a nice touch. Went in to sell an RV, we couldn’t come to agreement on a price which is fine, but during the inspection my back jacks was left partially down which caused them to be ripped out on the way home. Was told by Steve that sorry not our problem no proof we put them down, Thanks for your response, I don’t know what kind of road hazard would lower my jacks to a point that I could drive all the way to see your dealership but couldn’t make it home and when I finally got home after someone had to bring me wire so I could secure the jacks I realized that I would of never got out of my driveway if the jacks were partially down. But stick to your BS story that y’all don’t check things like jacks when you are considering purchasing an RV, I think anyone who reads this review will realize that Crestview is a great company to do business with as long as you have proof of an issue

Although we did not buy our RV at Crestview, we took it there to get maintenance done due to the high demand at other shops, we were impressed that they got us in so quickly! The service was great! Kept us in communication and on the day of pick up JD went into detail on what was done and how to operate. He had patience as we took notes and you could tell he really enjoyed his job and explaining in detail to us. We will definitely return in the future!
