First off if I could rate you 10 stars I will!!! Isaiah Movsesyan is the best! He is patient and helpful as he can be, he gives us the best deal we can get, he explains the benefits of leasing and he makes sure that we get the car that we want, yes, he makes it happen! This is the 3rd car we got from him and we are definitely very happy customers and this won't be the last, Can't thank you enough especially helping my friends find the car that they really like.
Working with Isaiah has been by far the best experience I ever had when buying a brand new car. From our very first conversation he was never pushing me for a decision. On our very first call he asked what I was in the market for, my top three vehicles, color, interior, and trim. I first called on Monday 8/17 and he already had his partners lined up with the vehicles, colors, trims etc of my choice to test drive by 8/20. He also provided me with all the information regarding the best financing and never make any suggestions(unless I asked), he simply showed me what options there were and asked me which one would I like to choose. I will again stress the fact that Isaiah ALWAYS asked what I would like to do rather than tell me what to do. through the whole process he was very consistent in providing me with the best customer service possible from answering questions no matter the time of day.( If he didn't have the answers he made sure he was going to provide me with the answers I needed.) to making sure my overall experience working with his partners was top notch. on the day we test drove he also called to check in and see my thoughts and asked if there was anything else I needed. When we made our final decision he confirmed the trim, color, interior, and model/make we wanted and said he would take care of the rest (negotiation, financing options, dealing with sales/finance) all I had to do was sign. Thank you to Isaiah and Lusnak Motors for helping my wife and I find the vehicle we wanted with such ease!
