Best service! My grandmother lives here due to family work schedules. We were skeptical at first. It has been one of our best choices. We call often to check on her, and she raves about Shawn always being there to fulfill her work orders and being helpful. We are satisfied with the work that is being done at this facility.

I want to give a great big shout out of thanks to Shawn, our maintenance man here at Silver Oaks. I was worried about what to do if something needed to be taken care of during the quarantine. But, Shawn has been great at performing the routine maintenance schedules and from afar (social distancing) checking to see if all is well. What a relief!! He is much needed. He is an answer to prayer. THANK YOU SHAWN!

If I could I would NOT even rate this a one star. My mother, grandmother and I, walked into silver oaks leasing office to inquire about a place for my grandmother. When we walk in, the man in his office did not greet us and we sat there waiting for him to acknowledge us. When my mother took it upon herself to ask if there was anything available he said there is a 10 the 15 year waiting list and did not make any eye contact. After not feeling welcomed we left. I would not want my grandmother living in this facility knowing employees treat future residents like they don’t matter.
