I love this place. It's my favorite track. I am only rating it 4 stars because they don't do a ton of prep.

Off road park that has it all. Public access to a motocross track, 4x4 and single-track trails. They have a coin operated wash down as well. Easy single-track trails were not obvious to find so check with staff prior to heading out.
What's not to love about this place? It has tracks and trails like I've never seen! Easy to extreme, if you're a beginner or want to push the limits, this is the place. Miles of trails plus all the extras; camping (with working utilities), an nice converted hang-out barn (with bar-games and WiFi), they even have a car wash so you don't take extra mud home. We got an amazing guided tour of some of the trails (thru rivers and on top of big ridges with great views). A big \thank you\ to Foo for the great tour. We only got to stay for a week, but can't wait to go back! Can't be beat.
We had a great time riding the trails . We found trails that went from super easy to super crazy ! We will definitely be back .
Great place to ride, Jim is super friendly and helpful. All my kids love riding here. Nothing too technical perfect for the whole family
