The staff was delightful, unfortunately the doctor was rude and disrespectful. He refused to listen to me, the patient, called me a liar and talked down to me. He prescribed me medication I told him I couldn't take, absolute complete disregard for my health. Doctors should work with their patients not against them and no doctor should ever talk down to a patient.

Appointment Specialist was not very helpful in trying to obtain help in getting an appointment. As I was not 'seen' for 2 years they insisted I was a 'new' patient - even though I was not as they had my records and could not get an appointment for over a month. A month from now I will be out of the area for 3 months. I even had to \ask\ to be put on a waiting list... Previously I was also told that I could not get new equipment until I saw a physician again,.... This is a merry-go-around. Please be aware that customer service or customer care is NOT a priority with Allina Health United Lung & Sleep Clinic.

I found the staff very helpful and courteous. Scheduling was easy, appointments were on time, and the doctor's assistants very competent. The doctor took time to explain everything (including the ins and outs of Medicare). A very professional experience.
