Highly recommend working with Mathew Cox at Sterling Subaru. He respectfully answered all of my questions. Worked on finding the car I wanted and a deal that worked for all of us. He honored my request regarding how I wished to be contacted. And he was wonderful to work with. I've purchased many new cars; as a woman it can often be a horrible experience. This was a wonderful experience. Sterling Subaru and Mathew Cox was the best experience in all the years of negotiating, buying, and delivery. There was absolutely none of the obnoxious hard sell here (there was selling going on for sure and they made sure I knew what I could get, but none of that \let's scare the customer into buying this\ that I've lived through repeatedly elsewhere). If you're in the market for a new Subaru, ask for Mathew.

Just got home with my 2020 Subaru Forester! Love it!! I upgraded my 2017. Matthew Cox was my salesman and was great. Got me in a less expensive Limited with all the bells and whistles plus navigation and leather interior. Matthew was very patient with a technically challenged middle aged lady. He explained things in terms I can understand. Using a lot of apples and orange comparisons. I would highly recommend Sterling Subaru and definitely Matthew Cox. Thanx everyone at Sterling!

Dropped in while in College Station because our low-pressure indicator came on for a tire on our Forrester. They got us in and out very quick without a charge. No damage to ire, just a little low. They added Niteogen to all 4 tires for our drive back home to San Antonio. Great service!!
