We have been looking at housing options for our daughters in Stillwater. After visiting with Wade at Stillwater Flats, we are confident that this property has that personal touch and level of care for residents that sets it apart from other properties. His enthusiasm and interest in our needs really meant a lot to us, as parents. The location is great! The property is right next to the campus and is set up specifically to accommodate college students. Safety is also a consideration. We felt comfortable with the environment, availability of staff, and security cameras. Very impressed. If you are looking for an alternative to costly on campus housing, definitely check out this place.
