Had a wonderful time at Under the Son’s thanks to Marian’s amazing service. The farm is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is the best Kansas has to offer, and the hostess is the kindest, most hard-working woman I have ever met. She’ll ensure your stay is great. I’ll hopefully be back one day!

If I could give a higher rating I would. Awesome place to stay super clean and Marian is the sweetest lady. Plus she makes the best breakfast ever! Her pancakes are amazing! Only place I'll ever stay if I'm in kansas. Came back a year later and still am so impressed with how well this place is run and the love that she pours into you when you visit.
This was an AMAZING visit. Marian is an awesome hostess. She is so welcoming and makes you feel like one of the family. The farm is magnificent - relaxing - peaceful and so quaint and gorgeous. The goats are so entertaining to watch as you walk around the property. The garden area was wonderful and so well maintained as is the entire property. The house is very well decorated- homey and comfortable. While staying there - you are not interested in your phone or text messages; etc you just want to enjoy the beauty and greatness of the most wonderful hidden gem. Prices are great and Marian is a fantastic cook - you will not walk away hungry. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and the the tomatoes- already enjoying them back in Texas
My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Very clean house. Beautiful flowers and the animals were awesome. Slept like babies. The breakfast was better than any buffet we have been to. The owner was amazing we loved getting to know her. We will definitely be back.
I almost don’t want to write a review. It’s like giving up the location of your favorite fishing spot! Mary is wonderful. He accommodations are homey and comfortable. I would chose to stay with her over any hotel I have been in. I’d go back just to see her, never mind the goats, lamas, and hunting!
