This is the 5th time I tried deposit at this locations ATM and once again unable to accept deposit. SO ANNOYING. At least I know that at the Northridge location THAT WONT HAPPEN.

Trash bank. Completely useless sister branching. Atm is slow and outdated.

I have gone to this branch and it has been closed at least 5 times in the last two months! They do not update their website when they do close for the day, just a sign on the door that says “ under construction, sorry for any inconvenience.” The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s a shared branch and my credit union is out of state. While I was in the parking lot, there were several other customers going to the entrance only to read the same sign On the door on a Friday! PAYDAY . SO, if you use this bank, either cross your fingers they’re open or call their 1800 number to be placed on hold to find out if it’s open or not.
