I called to get pricing to have my key fob cut or to have the key exchanged. When i get there I was told that the gentleman could not exchange the key because the key might not match. So I paid 45 to have my key cut. I went to my car to program the key which worked great, but the unlock and lock buttons were not working, So went inside to purchase a battery the guy told me that a battery would not work because there is no circuit chip in the key fob case. I am sure when the gentleman who cut the key was very well aware of the Fact that they key was going to need a chip. Good customer service is supplying the customer with all the information that they need to make a well informed decision on what options they have. Turns out that all i needed to do was open the key that I had and switch my original key and chip into the new key case and program the key. I used my extra key to start my car then shut my car off then the new key i used to turn my car on and then off twice and it was programmed. What a waste of 40. If anyone needs a new fob key replaced and programmed and still has extra key youtube. The full price to replace my key would have been almost 200 I did it for 50 could have did it for 10 if i did not go here. We are living through a crisis and it is sad that people cant even help one another but instead we are trying to con people out of money they don’t have.

Always great fast service! I've come here 2x to have keys cut. 1 for an older car, the other for an electronic switch fob I ordered online. Will definitely come back if I have other key needs!

Great service 175 for an extra fob on my 2015 CRV which is a fraction of the price that the dealership is quoting they also replaced my battery and my original fob so battery replacement in one of my fobs brand new fob and then I brought a key fob protector total was 204 out the door hey that rhymes but anyway great service
