My family has been dealing with Culley's for 16 years. For the first eight of those years, we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their staff. Sadly, that has all gone by the wayside. Recently, when making additions to our pre-arrangements, a major snafu occurred. Despite a week's worth of phone calls to Culley's, the issue remained unresolved. I was told repeatedly that at least four different people would call me back. NO ONE EVER DID. They failed to assist with the resolution of the problem they caused. The friendly, courteous, professional level of service from earlier days is gone. I'm very disappointed and distressed by Culley's lack of responsiveness, concern, and care. I am now very hesitant to trust them at a time of urgent need.

The tone of voice and feigned concern fall short when it was difficult to count on them when dealing with my father's passing. Any promises made were not kept or required multiple follow ups from me and my family. Every step was needlessly more complicated than it could jave been. After WEEKS of waiting for the paperwork, I HAD TO CALL the dept of health and petition for the paperwork on my dead father's behalf. The death certificate had errors. We were promised new, corrected copies. Its been months and now my emails and calls arent being returned. That is terrible. Shame on you Culleys. Don't pay until everything has been closed out completely. Once they get paid, they're done with you. P.s. the 'Estate Planner' is a legal pad and software that creates additional work. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. It was zero help.
This was a very supportive environment for a difficult time. All staff members, (but especially the funeral director Kelly Coughlin) were kind and efficient. This is a well-run operation. I highly recommend their services to others.
Very professional and courteous. From the first phone call to the signing of documents everything was quick and easy. Kelly did an excellent job keeping us informed every step of the way. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
Culley's handled my father's cremation and I could not be happier with the service we received. Trying to navigate a loss in the midst of a pandemic was exceedingly difficult but Freddie and Brittney showed my mother and I great compassion and empathy. They prepared beautiful prayer cards and personalized thank you cards, were always highly responsive to our questions or requests, and were sensitive and kind throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Culley's.
