This place is amazing. The ladies that work there know their products. They were able to answer all my questions about the different knife manufacturers, styles and uses with ease. I highly recommend going there for any of your kitchen items. They carry high quality products for reasonable prices.

While I LOVE this little gem of a store I have never gone in this place and not felt a cold reception from the staff. Some of the most unfriendly people in Temecula but maybe it’s cause it’s Temecula and I’m not white. When I leave I’m always conflicted. I don’t want to support a place that can’t show simple customer service but they seem always have what I need. But after 8 years I think it’s time I stop trying. I’ll take my business on line or to one of the bigger stores in the area.

Their variety of tools and supplies are incredible. If you ever need any type of tool in the kitchen or just cooking in nearly ever aspect this place will be a valuable asset. They offer multiple services but may be limited due to Covid-19. Very nice place that I will return to if I need more materials.

I was in there two weeks ago when the proprietor was asked by a customer to please wear his face covering. He cheerfully complied. Yesterday I went in to try to return 10 packaged face shields he sold me that day, still unremoved from the store's bag. He refused to take them back because \there are many strict rules about everything related to covid. It's just not safe. I can't resell them.\ THIS WHILE HE WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH NO FACE COVERING! The man appears to be the owner of the store or manager and the store is small and poorly ventilated. People cannot safely be in the narrow aisles together, and he refuses to wear a mask. I heard him complaining 2 weeks ago that it makes him sweat. Ok, I get that you can't give a refund on a certain item, but please don't say that while hypocritically refusing to follow the most basic rule of covering your nose and in your own store. Always liked supporting a locally owned brick-and-mortar! Never shopping here again!
