Recently a friend moved here. The Apartments are in good shape and great interior and exterior. The pool in the middle with trees around forms a great imagery. The lift is also fast and opens both side. The club is awesome to hang out and party. It's hard to shift things from parking to the house as vehicle entry is not possible. The security with card access is good as well. The rooftop is also a great spot to chill.

This year is my first time living off campus and Vertex did not disappoint. They have many Covid friendly events for the residents which are always so much fun. The staff is always super nice and I’ve gotten to know many of them personally. Tyler is there every day and is always accommodating to any of my questions that I constantly have. It’s nice seeing a friendly face anytime I’m in the office.

I'm currently living at Vertex and I've been very satisfied with my living situation. I use the gym almost every day, and they have a good variety of equipment that is (usually) in good state. I recently renewed my lease with the leasing consultant Tyler who made the process simple and easy.

Arizona law says security deposits must be refunded within 14 days but it’s been 4 months since my daughter moved out and we STILL haven’t received her deposit of 1300 back. It’s been one excuse after another and we are not the only family this has happened to.

The management team at vertex are very understanding. The manager Kasey Poole is flexible and makes accommodations out of her schedule to help resolve problems. She genuinely cares about the residents’ experience and wellbeing. She has helped me with a very unusual roommate situation as well as a fine that I originally received that was a misunderstanding. Vertex is in very good hands with Kasey Poole taking the mantle.
