I don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. ALWAYS willing to help me out. Just bring your item in or whatever. Head lady will square you away no questions asked. No extra charge for stuff. The amount of times she’s given me a small shipping bag or whatever for free is countless.

Always a pleasure stopping in at this UPS shop. The staff is always willing to help no matter how busy they are. We frequently stop in to send off returns or make pickups and everyone has always been very professional.

If it wasn’t for Bryce, I would have rated this Fort Benning location a one star. I came in on a busy Saturday to return my direct tv equipment m, I had 3 receivers that needed to be scan and the lady only scanned 2 receivers. I asked her why she didn’t scan the 3rd one and she said it wasn’t necessary. I knew something wasn’t right and she wasn’t going to scan the 3rd one. Later on that evening, I received an email from direct tv that 2 of my receivers have been turned in and that I was missing the 3rd one. I was so angry when I returned back to UPS that following Monday. I tried to tell that lady about the different barcodes, but she didn’t listen. Luckily, Bryce was in there and he was able to help me find all my items and scanned them correctly! Thank GOODNESS! Seriously! It’s not hard to do the right thing the first time, I don’t care how busy it is, you shouldn’t take a short cut. So thank YOU, Bryce!
