If I could put zero stars I would. Made an appointment for the notary get there on time and early. No one there he decides to leave even though he had the appointment scheduled ahead of time. Then a coworker pretends to call him. Didn't have the phone to hear ear but 2 seconds. Literally The disregard for what people scheduled is rude will not go back again.

-The young guy was annoyed with the packaging of the cable equipment that I was returning (I left everything in its original box). -As soon as he saw the shipping label (Fedex) he was about to turn me away without any inquiries of why I brought the box there. \You did all that!\ Another employee told him he could accept the equipment. (I didn't pay attention to thet label saying Fedex, but I had called the cable company before coming to UPS and was told that I could drop it off at ANY UPS store.) -He took everything out of the box and a piece of plastic fell on the floor. He asked me to pick it up as if I had dropped it on the floor. Maybe, he could actually do his due diligence as a customer service representative and actually SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER and NOT SPEAK AT THEM.
