Had a nightmare experience with these guys a few months back. To my surprise (not really) I see the exact same store and owner in a viral "top 10 karens" video on youtube for ignoring mask mandate during the middle of a pandemic. It was so satisfying to watch them get the publicity they finally deserve

Today was the last time I come to this location. The staff working there has the worst attitude and the man that’s usually there is the worst. From the greeting (nonexistent) to the customer service which is also terrible is the worst location I have visited
I just went in to mail a Christmas gift for my little sister and I had an issue with printing the label, the young lady that helped was very sweet in making sure I got this issue resolved and my package went from my hands on to the truck. Its hard to find small business owners in times like these that make the experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be coming back to ship my things here!
This is a fine location. Most people who complain about shipping stores experience issues resulting of their own fault, usually because they have no idea how to ship something and show up with a bundle of junk and no box or tape. I've dropped off prepaid packages here multiple times, never had an issue. If you are stone cold petrified of encountering someone not wearing a mask (gasp), then just drive somewhere else. Otherwise, this spot is as good as any other location.
People who give the bad reviews are the ones with the problems. The man at the front counter is polite, and gets packages ready for shipment asap. I have never spent more than 10 minutes inside this store.
Well - not surprised to see others have similar experiences. I’ve given this guy several chance - also thinking “maybe he’s just having an off day”. No. It’s apparently how he chooses to regularly conduct business. And I will choose to not patronize this establishment again. First - none of the employees here we wearing masks. And no other Covid precautions are in place. Right there - I should have turned around. But I was just dropping off a package. It was a USPS priority mail package - already paid for. Apparently this UPS Store does not accept USPS packages. First time I’ve encountered this. Every other UPS Store I have ever been to accepts USPS mail. It would have been fine if he was polite about it - but he was incredible rude about it. You would have though I brought trash in. Will definitely be contacting UPS corporate. They should be made aware how franchisees are representing their business.
Wonderful store! Very clean & organized, super nice staff. I will drive from Poinciana to this store to ship my packages from now on for that kind of customer service - even though there is one right behind my house!
Absolutely disgusting. I would rate a zero if I could. NO MASKS ON EMPLOYEES. In a global pandemic where our covid-19 cases are literally at their highest. I understand Florida does not have a mask mandate and it is the owner’s decision whether or not to require masks, but I don’t think it’s fair to run a business and put others at risk because you don’t believe in the science. BE BETTER. I won’t be back.
