Locally owned location with super nice staff and a good vibe. I always ship for here. I’m honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews- looks like lots of them are more about UPS in general and less about this particular branch. Wish people would realize they are impacting a small business with that shenanigans.

In business for themselves. To mail a tiny braclet cost 15. Just as bad I had to sign a 10 paragraph document with print so small you need magnification to read it. They deliver for a great company, Amazon, but they are nothing like them. I'll never use UPS again.

I went there to mail some cards I grabbed an envelope and wrote the address and sealed it up. I told the associate I'd like to go first class mail with tracking please. The guy told me it would be 20 to mail it, little did this guy know I used to work at a UPS store and I know all the prices. I said no I'd like to go first class mail w/ tracking, and he said yes its going to be 20. I said first class mail is not 20, then he told me well I could just put a stamp on it and send it like that. I told the associate with tracking and let him know I used to work in a UPS store I know the prices. Finally the guy said ohhh first class yeah that will be 6. He tried to sell me priority mail (which is about 5) for 20. Always ask for First class mail w/ tracking or UPS ground. This guy was a scammer. Beware they will try to upsell you a high price and assume you don't know anything about mail/Ups.

I live a bit further south on Oracle, but the service at this UPS Store is so superior and sterling I will never switch spots. The staff is super quick, intelligent, courteous. I have my mail forwarded all over the country while working on the road half the year, and they have never made a mistake in 5 years of patronage. They text or email you when packages arrive, and help you carry goods to your car. Ehab the Manager is one of the kindest people I know in Tucson. This is one of the best businesses in town, we're lucky to have them.

I went to this UPS store to have a document notarized. The Notary, Matthew C. Hernandez, asked for 10 to notarize the document. Even if Hernandez is trying to recoup the expense of being a Notary, charging 10 is outrageous. I will not patronize this store again.
