I don’t understand all these people who give this place a bad review. They always go out of their way to help people, run out and get packages for people, always greet with a smile and go above and beyond for the people in the best way they can. Yes there are some things I’m sure they have to deal with that have nothing to do with them from outside companies who screw things up... but this store is truly great!! Also this whole COVID mask thing is insane. I always see the employees wearing masks and shields and they also have plastic guards in front of each register to protect even further. I’m sure it is not easy to wear them everyday for 10 hours or more a day and not pull it down to get some air or take a drink or anything. This company has done very well and it’s sad to see people try and hurt them in a time like this because of silly things. Keep it up UPS because lots of people think your doing great!!!!!

Went to get a few docs notarized and Jen was amazing! Super polite and went beyond the call of duty to help me! You do have to make an appointment but that’s to help with social distancing. I recommend Jen for all you notary needs!!
Employees wearing masks under noses.. I call the manager to have a discreet conversation.. she says, “but they were wearing masks”. To date 322000 people in the US have died of COVID. The economy has tanked. Businesses have closed , jobs have been lost, people are facing eviction due to a a COVID pandemic but UPS # 4375 doesn’t think protecting staff and customers is important enough to enforce proper mask usage among employees. As you read through this store’s responses to negative ratings, you’ll see lots of unprofessional remarks made by management. It’s pretty reflective of their attitude towards the responsibility towards the service provided. Though the store has carried out all of the suggestions required to protect staff and customers from the spread of COVID, they still don’t require staff to wear masks appropriately. Non- compliance in the work place and making excuses just leads to the spread of infection and continues to prolong the recovery of our health and our economy. This manager just needs to beef up her knowledge and quit making excuses. This would be a good time to say, “ we messed up, we are going to get it right”. That would be a respectable response.
If i could choose no stars i whould .i wont use ups no more never had a problem with them till now they lost my package well box that had my grandkids christmas gifts in it. Now i got to go through a process just to maybe get back everything i payed for but that may not be true we will see. Update tje service at this place is great i may been fustrated due to the loss but we got it all worked out .i updated my star review as in the end i know its not the stores fault..almost a mth later and still no money back wow
I am a frequent visitor of this particular store. Typically I am very prepared with what needs to be sent today however I was not Jess was very patient with me and offered me a solution to my problem. I truly appreciate the professionalism of all of the employees at this UPS store and recommend it to everyone I know!
My husband and I went here to ship an item and long story short, we got scammed with who the item was being sent to, so we called after they had closed to see if we could get ahold of anyone and we decided to just go up and see. Luckily, the store owner was there, Jen. And she helped us out, called the driver, got it back for us and we picked it up the next day!!! So thankful for how helpful she was! 5 stars!!!!
Not a good experience. Apparently the woman who is a notary can only handle one per hour by appointment only. Turning away two customers in less than 10 minutes. Went to the UPS store in Independence where the customer service was much better.
