This is a great ups store with very professional employees. I use this one only for Amazon and other returns. I’ve never had any issues with my returns or regular mail when used this location. Comparing to other stores I can’t say the same. Staff is friendly and polite, they do their work fast every time I use the store so line moves very fast. They are also good at responding questions and advice as needed.
The manager in charge, Hector, has always been extremely helpful with all my shipping. And my shipments always arrive safe and on time. Recommend this location.

Very unprofessional employees. An employee there flirts with customers and asks for their number. How is this even acceptable? You should be able to leave out of there with a peace of mind that but instead now you’re leaving uncomfortable
This place they always try to charge for something , they charge 1 for a small pice of tape, or 2 forsmall envelope , and not friendly at all

Recently went into the store to ship some things out. They moved next door to their old space and the new store looks really nice. Hector, the new manager, was so friendly and helpful. Learned that the post office upped their rates on medium and up boxes so UPS now is cheaper and more reliable. Definitely will be going back.
