This location has a wide selection of products and the customer service at this store is top notch. When I need mailing items, this is the place that I will be coming to due to how the employees treat customers. Not many places give this level of service.

Don't go there if you Prepaid and Insured the Package they will not take they will send you over to the Depot in Deerfield. Due you not paying anything in the Store they treat you as an not worthy customer. Worst Customer Service Experience. After dragging 6 x 35 lb Package the Lady from the Store yell at me saying she not taking this kind of UPS Packages.

Mailed an important pkg on 1/11 at the Coconut Creek UPS store next to Publix for next day delivery and UPS lost it. Went back to the store many times and spoke to Eva. She submitted a claim form and told me I'd get a refund check within 2 weeks. It's now 3 weeks later and I've gone to the store every other day asking Eva when I will get my check. She tells me the same story over and over - that the "Owner" will email me a check. Still haven't received it. I would suggest you go to another UPS store for your shipments or maybe go to Fedex instead a mile down the road. I give them ZERO stars but system only allows 1 star. Poorly run business in my opinion

Shipped a package out for a friend who lost a parent. It was reported as damaged and has been MIA for over a month. Submitted a claim and have been forced to go in person multiple times to get anything done regarding the issue, since they don't answer the phone consistently. I am beyond frustrated with the manager here and have lost hope that I will be compensated for the package I sent to a grieving friend. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs.

John, the store owner, is a big liar. Promises customers to do a process of compensation that he never has the intention to do. Never believe a word he says... ALSO, a fragile sticker to protect the shipment for him is worth thousands of dollars that’s why he never puts it on the box even he promises to do it, and he doesn’t care about the condition as to how the box gets delivered!!

Employees in the store are totally incompetent and rude they leave you waiting while they take care of other customers they don’t even know how to use the computer system since when is UPS hiring such incompetent people
