Staff is very friendly and I had not had any issues until amazon started making it possible to return items unboxed with just a QR code sent to your device. I just had a second item randomly not make it back to amazon after using this particular service leaving me stuck with a charge on my account because they think I did not send back the defective items. I don't know if the blame falls on ups or amazon but in the end its me losing money. Ultimately I should of covered myself by demanding a receipt of some sort showing I dropped off the items.

I want to give a major super fab shoutout to Chiachi. She was absolutely superb in delivering a beautiful menu for my Mom. She put together a absolutely gorgeousness of a flyer with all of my Mom’s meals and price listings. She was beyond professional and funny. I love people with a sense of humor accompanied with talent, thoughtfulness and professionalism. I must say the entire group is always pleasant and willing to help with a smile. This will forever be my UPS store even if I move. Kee up the good work Chiachi and crew. Stay safe!!

I want to say thank you for the amazing customer service I had at this store. I came in with several items to return to Amazon in no good order. Diana help me organize everything to be shipped back. Lindsay was also helped to me and another customer in the store that was printing some items for her daughter’s birthday. The store is very clean and organized. I felt safe with the social distance policies implemented.

I had a wonderful experience at this ups store. I was returning Verizon equipment and it’s typical for Verizon to charge customers for their equipment, even after returning it in a timely manner. The young woman working their was sure to tell me to hold on my receipt because this is an ongoing issue that she hears continuously. She could have literally just took the box and said nothing, but this is what being kind and courteous looks like, and we really need that especially in the times we are in. Thank you!

Yesterday I went to the UPS store at the Stonebridge Woodbridge shopping center it was the WORST customer service! There were two girls in there, 1 was worried about her lashes and long claw like nails and the other was busy on her phone. Both those girls couldn’t be bothered with what I needed the one with the claws gave a whole attitude because I was unaware you had to use the computer to print a label (never been in there never will again) in the end I couldn’t print the shipping label and they were ZERO HELP.. I came into this UPS store today at the Fortuna Center plaza in Dumfries and it’s by far my favorite UPS store they ALWAYS make everything so much more simple and easier. I needed to ship something and didn’t have a printer at home but this store asked to just email them the shipping label I had and that’s all. The lady who helped me today was so sweet and soooo helpful quick and easy about the transaction. They would even add the label themselves!

I went to the Dumfries location to drop off an Amazon return. I didn’t realize I needed to print a return label because in the past they’ve just scanned my QRC code. Lesley walked me through the steps and was so polite about everything. She didn’t make me feel like was I was inconveniencing her or anything! She got me in and out in not time, even with my mix up. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service Lesley!
