I called the store to receive their email address. The person who answered the was very difficult to understand. When I asked him to repeat or to send me an email he hang on me. I called back and I explained what happened and told me that the person who hung up was doing a notary...that he was very busy. When I arrived at the store an old man cut me off in line and asked the store why they allowed him to cut everybody off: “He was here in the morning.” Everyone in line got upset saying that was very rude. Please shut down or store or train your employees manners.

I've been coming to the UPS Store for years. They are always very helpful and friendly. Have had notary service here as well and didn't have to wait, especially 45 minutes like the other poster claims. Sara, the manager I believe is very helpful too.

This review is specifically for fingerprinting services. They submitted fingerprints with one digit incorrect even after reviewing multiple forms where it was correctly listed. So, I paid 74 twice for their mistake. Not only that but I couldn't get employed until the schools had this info, so I've also been out about a month of missed wages for something they did. Thank you for the poor service.
