Shipped 2 items back to Amazon, asked for receipt was told by person in this UPS store, we don't give receipt, you will get an email from Amazon, never received the email after 4 days contacted Amazon and they had no record of the items being returned. Called UPS as per Amazon and was told that the UPS stores are franchises and I could not report this store to them. 2 weeks later still not received by Amazon, UPS opened a claim but when I call to check on claim status, they have nothing. The good news is I'm only out 35. Be very careful if you use this store.

I have been to this particular store a few times they seem to have all the supplies you need for shipping they handle a lot of Amazon returns which I had gone there for without a hitch everything went beautiful they send you an email receipt on your phone so far so good here I've heard some bad things but I've not experienced it myself the worst thing I've had to do was stand in line and wait for about a half hour but with things the way they are nowadays that's not bad at all workers especially the young gentleman that took care of me was very pleasant I would not have a problem going back here again

I went to return quite a few of my Amazon purchases. The staff here is very knowledgeable about the process. They take the time to explain the various return options with Amazon. I actually learned how important it is to read the instructions for each item being returned, as they can vary. I will be better prepared next time, so they can move the customers faster as they are a very busy location. Thank you for all you do, especially during these trying times.

First time visited the store, overall it was a great experience. I needed to get the notary done, Ambika was kind and very professional and helped with notary and also shipped the documents overseas. The documents reached on timely manner without any issue. I will strongly recommend this store. Great staff and clean facility, they follow all the covid guidelines.

The customer service here is fantastic. I had a stressful experience where I was sending in my passport for a visa; despite choosing next-day delivery, the passport had not shown up at the consulate. Even though the package had gone missing AFTER it was picked up from the store, Ambika took the matter into her hands, calling the supervisors at two shipping hubs and ensuring that they checked the facilities thoroughly for my missing package. During this entire time, she kept me updated and reassured. The package was eventually found at one of the shipping hubs at around 8pm; even though it was after business hours, Ambika made sure to email me right away with the good news. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out; I would highly recommend this location.

My many visits to this UPS store are all positive. The personnel are polite, super efficient and carry multi-tasking to the max. They are also being extremely prudent in regards to the COVID19 outbreak. I felt protected, the staff maintained strict guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and themselves. I have been a customer of this UPS Store since they opened and they have never disappointed. The fact of the matter is, that the team at this location always goes above and beyond the call of duty. The owner is a tremendous asset to our business community and I only wish more businesses learned from their great work ethic. They always treat the customers with courtesy, respect and are very informative. It is a pleasure to ship all of my packages from this location. I highly recommend that if you need to ship any type of package this is where you need to go. Five stars all day long!
