RECOMMEND CALLING AHEAD to confirm hours / services, their website might not be accurate. I set up an appt online for notary services, arrived to find out (1) they dont offer notary services at all and (2) the store hours were different vs the website. The upside is that the woman from the UPS store gave me the wonderful advice of going across the street to US Bank. US Bank was wonderful!

Went in today to make copies of my tax forms and found out that the first 1-5 copies are 2.00 (.40/copy if you make 5, 2.00 if you make 1). I was in as recent as a month ago and paid .15/page (which is a typical rate for black and white photocopies). Looks like I will be finding somewhere else to make copies in the future.

Extremely sad to come in here today and not see Haley and Richard. They really made this store a friendly place. I see Angela is back, I strongly urge staying away and driving either to Breckenridge or Vail. It’s only a matter of time until it’s just as dirty as it was before they came.

If you really want your package to get to its destination on time or ever at all...steer clear of this place. The manager (I'm assuming) is rude and her employee absurdly uninformed. They neither one gave me correct information from start (the day it was supposed to ship) to end (today when they must have altered it's shipping, or kept it at the site because I complained) and it has still not arrived at its destination. When will it arrive? Who knows IF it will. So far 5 days after they said it would arrive. This isn't covid related--it's just the decline of a company that used to be pretty great. There are so many alternatives, it's probably irrelevant: Fedex in Silverthorne on Brian Street, any of the post offices, or just print a Fedex label and drop your package off --there is a drop off for Fedex in Breck, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne. If you're in a pinch and have to frequent this place, good luck! Purchase insurance.

Incredibly rude from the moment I stepped into their store and asked for my package that was delivered there. They were going to charge me a fee of 25 to release my package!! Would not give me a straight answer as to why. Then got into a pissing match with me in front of other customers. Complained to UPS customer service, but no answer back. Never use again

Had questions and concerns about sending out of this location and the lady who helped me, Hailey I believe her name was, was super nice and professional and helped me with all my questions! It's nice to feel confident my package needs will be met and not have anxiety about it. 10/10
