I had 3 different print jobs to be donee today. I specified on the email to be in color and to be printed on the front and the back. Plus my name and phone number was on the email. I had my son pick it up and he knows nothing about what I wanted. When he brought me the copies they were all in black and white and printed on only one side of the paper. They did not attempt to call me at all. I called them to let them know. They would not even acknowledge their error. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. LOUSY SERVICE. NO COMMON SENSE AT ALL. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!!

I have been here a few times for amazon returns and to purchase stamps. I am normally helped in a timely manner. Although never done to me, I have seen the girls working to seem frustrated or short with customers.
I went into my local UPS store looking to return my amazon item, however once I entered the building i wasn't greeted nor welcomed in. The woman who finally got around to to me was a short, ginger, haired, and young . I was baffled at how rude she was to me and a fellow customer. She was quick to go on the defense when I inquired about " How much was a box was" She then quickly replied by saying, " If you come into our store you should know our prices " I simple left. If you are in yuba city do not go to this one but one on Stabler LN. Better customer Service and experience.
I have had very good experiences here. Only once was I irritated with a staff member, but I haven't seen them working there since.
I recently moved from Illinois to CA and have had GREAT experience at this UPS location! I've had paperwork notarized, passport photos taken and important documents sent out (2 day shipping) so far. There has been no issues, all visits are quick and smooth. Shivani at UPS is extremely helpful and professional as well. Also, this UPS store is clean and in a good location. Once I find a location I've had great experience with, I don't go anywhere else. Thank you
FYI, if your dealing with Amazon Kohl's now ships to Amazon for free, packs , labels, and tapes it up with friendly service. I needed to print out a UPS shipping label to send it back, being a ups label you would think this would be a curtsy service but no. The girls tried to help with the my phone to forward it to their printer but it did not work. Although, I was informed I would be charged for this. So I was resolved to use their computer, nobody else in the center. Internet is free, old computer, long since paid for. I was informed that the center charges 50 cents a minute. Now, I don't know about you but it never fails when you need to print something out that something always goes wrong and it takes forever. I was not going to fall into that trap and owe them 10.00 5 minutes of computer use. I am sure the owners of this business takes advantage of frantic business professionals and general public alike. Shame on them for the greedy sharks they are. I left the shop without doing any business and I will never go back. That kind a greed and rapaciousness is distasteful grotesque. The internet is free, a certain amount of time for printing out of labels in the name of customer service and basic other customer service internet needs would be wise. Your business is going to loose a great deal of business soon with companies like Kohl's subcontracting with Amazon. I won't be sorry to see your avarice business close shop.
I don’t know if this girl was trying to get fired or if she just hates her job that much. Worst customer service ever. She was rude on the phone then when I got there before it closed she said I could have gone to the other one that stays open later. I told her that it was across town and this one is still open. Then when I tried to ship something she asked for the address and I said “i don’t know hang on. Let me pull it up”. She said with a rude attitude “okay well I need the address” obviously!!!! What did I just say!?! Then it was 45 to ship to Canada and the customer told me behind me that if I went to USPS it would on be 6 and she looked at him and said “really? Why did you have to tell her that?” Are you kidding me??? She provided the worst customer service by far. If they were handing out medals she would be a gold medalist for unprofessionalism and worst customer service.
Dude im a huge proponent of excellent customer service and my man Vince over there has it. I walked in clueless today to drop off an Amazon return and was pleased when i left. It's rare to have excellent customer service experiences these days, so it stands out when you have one. I just hope that this was not a rare occurrence with these guys here NEW REVIEW: Ashely needs to work on being a know it all and cutting people off when theyre rying to explain something. VINCE was the man - Ashely said there was no Indian guy that worked there - so sorry to the owners of this place for losing Vince who had excellent customer service, and instead having Ashely answer questions in a rude, cut-you-off way. Customer service is very easy people. Vince had it for sure. Ashley does not.
