I've lived here for 2 years and the complex is nice, clean, quiet and the grounds are well kept. Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Paris are very nice, professional, welcoming and if you have a maintenance issue it's handled promptly. My parents recently moved to unit here as well. Mrs. Harris assisted them and is definitely a God send. I really appreciate her. My parents and I love it here!

I been here in The Way Apts. for 2 yrs and it's been VERY peaceful and convenient in more ways than 1...I really hate to leave these apts..I feel so safe here and I rarely had any maintenance issues the whole 2 yrs I been here..I can truly say these are sm nice apts..NOT GHETTO AT ALL!!! Also kudos to the young lady Lanisha Robinson (Assistant Manager) she is the most professional,kind and humble of them all..She knows how to talk to tenants with respect!! She needs to be the head manager here..I just Love her!! Okay I hope this helps!! P.S.4 stars because the tile on my floor was soooo outdated and thats it!! Okay Bye!
