Jennifer our sales rep was so easy to work with. Knowledgable, accommodating, effective, extremely effective and fun. She made the buying experience enjoyable. Mr Ring the GM gives us a world class customer experience. He makes us feel like VIP, truly valued as a customer, he listens and aligns to what we want and need. Much different experience at other dealerships. The support we get post sale is hands down the best we have ever had. Only reason I gave them a one star was because 0 stars wasn't an option. Discussed the vehicle with the salesman and manger before flying my wife to Houston to pick it up. Upon arrival, the Escalade is in horrible shape and truck was not as advertised. Carpet was stained red, a 15 inch gash in the glovebox and pieces missing on the door. When I addressed this to the salesman, his answer was \I'm just the salesman.\ I purchase cars out of state a good bit and make a habit of purchasing though branded dealerships believing they would have their act together. If you're interested in a car from Tom Peacock, call me and I'll try and talk you out of it.

If you are looking to purchase a Cadillac, this is the first and last place you should look. Their customer service is upper echelon. The way they took care of me made me feel as if i was a family member receiving \special treatment\. They show integrity and quality attentiveness to their customers.
